Krissman International Tennis Registration Form

Yes, I would like to register my child____________________________to participate in the Krissman International Tennis Program being offered at ASIJ.  I understand that he/she will be notified of acceptance and that fees are payable to Krissman International for the lessons my child receives.  The total amount is payable at the first session.  Any cancellation of class due to bad weather will result in a refund if the class is not rescheduled.
